Below are a list of Frequently Asked Questions.

 

Q. What time is check in?

Normal check in is 2:00 PM - an earlier check in can be arranged depending on the previous guests check out.  

Please let us know if you would like to check in earlier and we will let you know.

 

Q. What time is check out?

Normal check out is 11:00 AM - a later check out can be requested depending on the next guests arrival. 

 

Q. Is there a maximum number of people? 

Yes, 5 persons maximum - Tranquility is a 2 bedroom villa with queen beds in each bedroom.  

We also have a twin size day-bed in the living room which can accomodate additional guests.

 

Q. What does the staff do?  meals, shopping, babysitting, etc.

We have a staff of two.  Dennis is our house man and has his own apartment on the premises.  He's around 24/7 and maintains the pool,

grounds, serves drinks, assists with meal service, etc.  Beverly is our house lady and comes for 8 hours per day.  She prepares meals,

tidy's up the house, etc.  It's a very casual, family type setting!

 

Q. How do we prepare for your arrival?

We will email you our menus and grocery list once your reservation is confirmed and final payment has been made.  The staff will pre stock

the house with your selection of food stuff and drinks for your arrival.  They also prepare dinner for your arrival and breakfast for your first morning.  

Then after you get settled and meet the staff you can go over your options for the balance of your stay.  

 

Q. Do we have security?

Yes - Dennis our house man is around 24/7 and lives on the premises.  In addition we have a security guard from sundown to sun up

when guests are in residence.  We also have 2 lovely dogs (Sheba & Candy) who help keep the cassual passer by do just that - pass by.  

Tranquility is a private setting and we make every effort to ensure you have an uninterupted and safe stay.

 

Q. What about the staff gratuity and additional costs you are responsible for?

Your rental includes the fully staffed villa and all amenities.  Not included is the cost of groceries and the staff gratuity 

(minimum 15% of the rental paid in Jamaica).
