The villa comes with full staff - How does it work?
Tranquility comes with a staff of two. Dennis is our house man and has his own accommodations on the premises. He's around 24/7 to maintain the grounds, the pool, assist with meal service, etc.
Shanna is our house lady and she comes up daily to prepare meals, tidy up the house, etc.
We normally have the staff pre-purchase your requested start up groceries, drinks and choice for first dinner/ first breakfast. Then after you get settled and meet the staff you can go over meals for the balance of your stay.

What's not included?
The rental includes the fully staffed villa and all amenities. Not included is the cost of groceries and the staff gratuity (15% of the rental paid in Jamaica)
How do we get around?
You can rent a car or we can assist with airport transfers and car w/driver during your stay. Please contact us for rate details.
How many people can Tranquility accommodate?
We have two bedrooms each with a queen bed. In addition there is a twin daybed in the living room. We can accommodate up to 5 persons at the most (one bath mind you).
What are the check-in and check-out times at Tranquility Villa?
Check-in time at Tranquility Villa is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
Is there a swimming pool at Tranquility Villa?
Yes, Tranquility Villa has a beautiful small private swimming private pool for your enjoyment.
Is there parking available at Tranquility Villa?
Yes, there is ample parking available at Tranquility Villa to accommodate our guests.
